Most Smartphones, including those with iOs 12, now allow you view your total screen time, screen time per app, and to set time limits for each app you use. If you have to have something to do before bed and you’re not a book person, try a podcast or audiobook as your pre-sleep entertainment.

Not only will you be more likely to drink water if you carry a bottle on you, you will also be less tempted to purchase bottled drinks. A win for you and a win for the planet.

Ask A Medical Professional, Not Google

We’re all guilty of having a symptom or two, typing them into Google, and convincing ourselves that we have a slew of illnesses. It’s easy to match your symptoms to a list of commonalities, albeit of a very uncommon disease.The increase in anxiety due to health-related searches is so common that it has been coined “cyberchondria.” If you have symptoms that you are concerned about, make an appointment with your doctor and have the proper tests performed.

Set A Minimum Of Daily Steps

Whether you use a FitBit, or just the Health app on your phone, set a realistic daily step goal for yourself. Ideal would be 10,000+, but make sure it’s an attainable goal for you.

Have A Simple At-Home Workout Routine

Even if it’s just Jumping Jacks, Sit-ups, and Push-ups, write (or print) out a simple at-home workout routine. Decide how many times a week you can designate 15-30 mins to do your new workout! Even that small addition of exercise will likely boost your energy levels.

Meal Prep To Reduce Eating Out

Invest in some tupperwares or bento boxes that you can use to prepare your weekly work lunches in advance. If you struggle with grocery shopping, try finding a certain number of recipes for the week and ordering the ingredients you need online.
